Choose the Right Record Holder
The arresting police department may hold the incident report, while the sheriff holds the county jail booking record. Courts hold the disposition. TDOC FOIL covers qualifying state offenders, the Bureau of Prisons locator covers federal custody, and the ICE locator covers its own detention system. A no-result in one system does not settle another.
